Fast Human/Computer not fast at all

For JTCS WF, EF, RS:

This toggle works fine on my downstairs computer, but upstairs it's the same (slow) speed regardless of the toggle. Both systems are similar XP-SP2 systems. I've tried a total uninstall/reinstall to 1.02B.

All other options on the UI seem to work fine.

Any clues as to what I should look for?

Try this and it works for me all the time. Change your display settings to high 32 bit) medium (16 bit). If its still not fast than switch to 800x 600
