Large Post-War scenario

Post by Warhorse »

Hey all, I was messing around this weekend and made a large fictional scenario where the Soviets make a move against the allies in June 1945. It takes place near Kassel Germany, along the Elder River, it involves Marshal Rybalkas 3rd Guards Tank Army, and elements of the US 9th Army, along with a division each from the French and British. It's just a fun thing I did, with a lot of units, has some trains in it and such, would be good for a multiplayer game, it's 200 turns. You can get it here. http://www.theblitz.org/message_boards/ ... ?tid=43136

Would be cool if we could post zips here?!

BTW, the scenario is for JTCS WF

It sounds very interesting, Mike. I'll download it and have a look, though I doubt I'll be able to play it any time soon. I'm up to my wargaming neck in Hajo Baltjes' huge 'Market Garden' scenario at the moment. [:)]

No worries, mate, it's all good! BTW, first turn on my machine, AI sement, it chokes, just stops moving, last night after an hour I stopped the game, tonite with fast player AI half an hour I stopped it. I think the trains may be the culprit, as I've played larger scenario's than this with the JTCS games with no probs. Anyone else have this problem? I'm going to try H2H, see what happens.

Ok, thanks juggalo, will try as you stated, here's the file, will need to rename to Raging Bear.zip once you DL it! Remember, this is a WF scenario for JTCS!
