Platform Editor (PE) - How to Open

Platform Editor (PE) - How to Open

The HCE Platform Editor was crafted in large part by a very talented guy named Jon Reimer using Microsoft Access. It uses many advanced Access features that can be used for good or for evil. You guessed it, that means all manner of scary prompts and questions when opening the PE in newer versions of Access. I've thrown together the basics at
