Time Compression and Sounds

Post by midnight_mangler »

Well, what can I say - great to see this naval classic surface again, and I am thoroughly enjoying the game.

Only one small issue I have - under high time compression, the beeping of ready aircraft, and the chopper launching sounds (which under normal time compression are useful cues) simply become an annoying cacophany of sound. Any chance of suppressing these under high time compression? At the moment I manually adjust my speakers to 'off' but then I miss the stomach churning bleeps of the contact reports...

Thank you - but I would not like to turn it off, I'd prefer (if possible) to have the sounds under low levels of time compression, with an automatic transition to "off" at very high levels of time compression...

The option you're looking for isn't available right now. I'd suggest you add it to the 'wish list' thread. Thanks.
