Version 2.0 without paying for it

Hey David
I have quick question about 2.0 version without buying agian after having 1.0 version
how do i do this ? i have a problem with register my 1.0 version to downloading anything on member area please advise if you have know anyway to help me please
I know you know all so much your awesome and great work on MAXFB...

Unfortunately that's not really something I can offer much assistance with. The whole purchase and registration process is handled by Matrix/Digital River so I really can't offer much help, other than to suggest contacting matrix support at support@matrixgames.com

The only way to get it is to register, log in and download it.

If you own a legal copy of the game, and have the serial number, you should be able to contact Matrix and they can help you sort it out.

I moved overseas and haven't played M-F in a long time since the notebook I bought had Vista but only 1 GB of memory. However, I plan to update my memory sometime within the next few weeks, so I would like to play M-F as soon as that happens. However, when I looked for the 2.0 download, it does not appear anywhere that I can see on the Matrix site without paying for the game. Since I already own the game, and even have an old (and of course useless) version on my notebook, I thought the upgrade would be easy. Can someone help me out? I still have my serial number, so I can easily use that to register the game. I just want to know where to go to download it. Must I contact Matrix Games to get 2.0?

Go to the Matrix Members site, and create an account for yourself. When you get logged in, there is a place to register your game by entering your registration number. Once you have done that, you can follow the "My Games" link in the members area to the Maximum Football "Private Downloads" area. You will find the download of v2.0 there.

OK, I see where the Private Downloads was in the section. My game had already been registered when I bought it (about a year ago), but I didn't go to the right place for the 2.0 link. Thanks for the help! I abandoned everything when I decided to move overseas and bought a new notebook to take with me. Of course, Vista was the only option for a new notebook.

I can't wait to start up some custom leagues once again!
