Want to start a 3-4 player game

Can't remember the name of the scenario, but the one that comes with the game that is a civil war in the US. I played the AI and it seems like it would be a really cool multi-player game. Let me know who wants to play and I'll set it up and we'll go. Thanks.

I should clarify, it's not THE Civil War, it's the scenario that envisions a "modern" civil war with states grouped together, i.e., the "California federation", etc. Anyway, THAT scenario is the one I'm talking about! Thanks.
