Minor editor bug or issue

Not sure these are bugs or not, and not a big deal but if you're messing in editor:

1. The window (black line with item description that describes item where mouse focus rests. The text runs over end of line and theres no way to scroll. (since this is mouse context sensitive help, maybe enabling a keyboard cursor arrors to scroll) Still no big thing, I assume it has same info as in manual.

2. When I move mouse cursor to right margin of editor screen the right hand windows from the map view appear, the "editor line always stays up, the pp window and the mini-map appear and disappear.

Again, no big deal, just observation.
