RHS CAIO (CVO type AIO) Uploaded (Level 7 only)

This is essentially a modified CVO file set to AIO standards.

A little eratta was found - and way to make some enhancements - so I will do a courtesy update for everything to this level. But there is nothing particularly important - and only because we are going to freeze here will I make the update. We won't be looking at developments for a while.

Level 7 AIO requires a bit more work - Soviet subs must date convert - whereas in the CVO ship file they already were converted.

There is an extra file here: the .txt file should be put in the SCEN folder so you get a scenario description. Scenarios 76 and 77 also have revised .txt files - and in case they were never issued - I will include all .txt files - as each scenario uploads. But this one for now.
