RHS Level 7 CVO Family courtesy update uploaded

RHSCVO and RHSRAO 7.78723 uploaded. This is a courtesy update - done because of things found doing RHSCAIO.

Nothing very important here - but some eratta - and USN LSIs are now all set to appear at Noumea (a large data entry exercise) and RN LCTs now have barrage balloons.

Note the extra file - the txt works just fine if it is in the SCEN folder with the rest of these files.

The CVO family now has three members: CVO, RAO and CAIO.
