Is there any way for the start menu to disappear after the game launches?

The Windows start menu? The Windows Taskbar?
Neither should be visible after launch???

If you mean the pop up Matrix box, where you can click on Play, Game Manual, Etc., then use quick launch to launch the game and it will go straight into the game and the main menu.

If that is not waht you mean, then Do not read my post, as it will be no help to you at all. [:'(]

It is what I meant but I like opening the manual and then going in so the answer is no I guess. [:(]

You could alt-tab to it and close it if you really wanted to.

Yeah, sometimes if I am quick I manage to close it before the game launches.
