Any way those of us who purchased this before a physical copy was available can upgrade to the physical copy?   I would have waited to order if I had known one was going to be release, and really would like to upgrade.  Of course I've expressed this interest on another thread and have been blown off so far.  Can you at least give me an answer (even if it is a "no, screw you") instead of ignoring the request?

Hi, I believe you mean the $9.99 offer whihc was done for those who bought the electronic dwld version. You basically get a physical copy and manual. I too am waiting for this offer to come.
