How to setup Artillery?

Post by MartNick »

Playing as France, I purchased the Artillery counter at the economic stage with 12 units of artillery to fill it up. Now at the reinforcement stage when my 12a units are available to place, I can't put the artillery counter on the map anywhere to allocate the reinforcements too. Is there something wrong, or am I doing something wrong?

Having a seperate counter for the French and Russian artillery units may be easier for recognition as well.

Ta ver much.

If I read your post right, it sounds like you bought the corps counter at the same time you bought the factors. If so, the corps counter has to be placed within 3 turns of purchse. The artillery takes 6 months.

Yep, you needed to purchase the Art Corps during the Economic Phase before the Art reinforcements arrived.

Art takes 6 months, so, lets say you purchase them in Mar Econ Phase.  Your Art will be available in Sep for placement on the board.  So, you need to purchase the Art Corps Counter during the June Econ Phase, so it will be available in Sep.
