How to get Poles?

How to get Poles?

Careful of that spelling [:D] Seriously, I figured out how to get The CoR but with Poland I just can't get it right. I had Danzig, Konigsberg and Posen occupied and had a unit on Masovia as directed by the manual. When I got to the Eco phase I clicked on the button and nothing happened. What am I missing?

The invasion of Russia is delayed until I can do this [8D]

No you need actual control of those provinces (ceded), noy just occupation. One these must be Masovia (Warsaw); then GDW can be declared during the next Econ phase.
