Stuck in a loop

Post by Naomi »

My game didn't go further beyond AI's endless thinking in the diplomatic phase. The situation happened after the whole bunch of AI-controlled Prussia's forces had got eliminated in the previous land combat phase. Is it dragging its heels so as to snap out of the need to go through a surrender?

Probably the same bug that I noted in tm.asp?m=1652428 and which was already fixed in the patch -- in my case, a very-hard-up AI GB (read -- no fleet, just a tiny garrison IIRC, and French troops partying in London) stalled its diplo phase.  If so, the patch should make it possible to resume that game.

Thank you. Isn't the patch available, is it?

Not yet, and no ETA as far as I've noticed.

We got all the fixes added for 1.01. We just need a little more testing to make sure that everything works well. I'm pretty sure that the diplomacy freezes (Reported earlier) will address your situation!

Thank you
