Stops At 70%, Please help

I recently just bought the Blue and the gray. It downloaded fine and registered fine. Everytime I try to start to play it begins by loading textures in the bottom left corner. It gets to 70% and then stops with an Error. The Error says...Error creating Texture 888Pana, IL. Windows then tells me that the AACW.EXE has encountered an Error and must close, then it closes.
I have tried to reopen and it does the same thing. with the same or tdifferent cities it appears like 90Warren,NJ..914Princeton, MO......
I have uninstalled and then reinstalled, clearing my temp files etc each time, and it keeps happening. Any idea on what I could do??? Any help would be appreciated
