Redownload HELP?

Post by Ficklid »

I purchased Harpoon3 ANS and find myself at my parents for xmas. There is nothing to do here and I would like to dig into the game. However, it is 300 km from here at my apartment and I don't know how to redownload it. I looked all over the site and could not find anyplace to do it. [&o]HELP! I have my serial number and have the two year download option purchased.

I used to play this game passionately many years ago when it used to be called Harpoon and am very eager to get back into the fray.[:@]

Thanks for your help. However when I tried that I got:

"Error: 313463-Error in transaction_creation - User-Defined ExceptionMessage 99998 - To protect ourselves against fraud, we need to set a cookie on your computer. In order to continue your purchase online, please reset your browser to allow cookies. You can make your purchase and then set cookies off again in your browser. If you already allow cookies, there may be a problem that can be corrected by deleting the cookie file. 31346Error in transaction_creation - User-Defined Exception"

I never had a cookie from this site on this computer and cookies are allowed. Hmmm?[&:]

I have had the cookie bit before. You can try deleting the cookie file as it says or go to this site: FindMyOrder.com also run by digital river. It may work better for you. In times past I have given up when I get the cookie error and just use firefox and it works, so if you happen to have firefox installed, you could try that as well.
