Sub Leader Q EOS 7.78723

Does anyone know why in one screen the leader is Nakajima and in the other it is Okano? TF55 has only one sub - the I-157. Are there 2 officers on this single sub - one the TF commander and the other the sub commander?

There is a task force leader field - it is possible.
