I play the newest beta patch.
Upgraded the SMG/Rifle to Level II.Take the Auto upgrade option.
Mmh,my production centers produced only Level I ,in the next turn nothing ?

I think it is because the tech levels the germans have are higher then their initially configured production. The scenario needs some fine tuning.
