Graphics failure

I was given the game for Christmas, have been playing it ever since and suddenly this morning the screen started looking like the attached image.

I have an Nvidia card which seems to work on every other program on my machine except NiI. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling and what you see above is the result.

Any ideas would be helpful
