I need to help a couple friends from eastern europe buy the game, can I buy two more serial numbers with my account?

you are going to get them a copy.. make sure the copy u burn matches the serial number u buy.. afaik you can buy an unlimited number of dl's lol

Download of course. I honestly see no use of a physical copy [&:].

The thing is neither has a credit card so it'd be easiest if I buy the licenses and they'll pay me next time I'm there in a few months.

or perhaps u could get them pre loaded debit/credit card? I am not sure how the mechanics of the digital river system works.. but they should be able to re download anything you buy from there ip address... there is a link Erik has, it is on my "in repair" desktop or I would give you the link.. all you need is the email the purchase was made and the last five numbers of the cc.. again probably best to ask the folks at MAtrix but this should be EASY!

Sure you can. I bought two download copies by mistake, took me some time to cancel second order. You can buy several copies and give them access to your download account (if you really trust them that is). They will be able to download their copies from your account. If they have slow connection buy download "with warranty", which does not expire and sit on the download  server  permanantly. It cost around ten bucks more.
