wrong pitcher getting loss

This is at least the 2nd time this has happened: The wrong pitcher is getting credited with the loss. My starting pitcher gave up 7 runs, and my reliever gave up 1. I lost 8-6, and the pitcher who should have gotten the loss is my starter, but they gave the loss to my reliever. This is frustrating. Has anybody had this happen before?

Have you seen Shaun's latest thread announcing a new patch? You may want to take a look at that. It doesn't directly "fix" who gets the loss, but it does focus on ensuring that earned runs are accredited accurately, ensuring that the correct runs belong to the correct pitchers. Since WIN and LOSS is heavily determined by who's run cost the game, and this corrects who's run is who's, then it may be a fix that you would be interested in.

By the way I have noticed it only occurs when I have a reliever enter when the winning or lead run is already on base.  If I have a reliever enter at the beginning of an inning, there is no problem.  Also, Shaun, thanks for the patch so quickly.  There are now unearned runs!
