Power rating does not show on setup screen

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

Power rating does not show on setup screen

The manual shows a button for "power rating" on the line for each country on the setup screen. However, when I try to set up a local game, no such button appears. There is a button for "computer/human", and a button for "name", but that is all. How can I set the power rating?

Any help will be appreciated.

If you have 1.2.26 this option is not available.

Hmmm, for some reason it disappeared in .26.  We will have to fix this.
