Garrison changing color / nationality

In our current Looking for Glory PBEM,
many garrisons suddendly changed color and nationality right after the Austrian movement / combat.

Some examples:
- danzig is prussia-controlled, but the garrison is green
- konisberg is prussia-controlled, but the garrison is green and labeled "luxembourg"
- all the french garrisons are inside french-controlled areas, but are Spanish (!)

I'm not yet sure if it's only a graphical glitch or if the area owner has completely lost control over the garrison....I'll post here as soon as some of the owning players tries to use them.

If you can catch a turn file that causes this then let me know. I'll need the game and the turn file, if you get a chance.
