Strange glitch

In a game I just played, in a draft league in its 4th year (1904), my team had runners at 2nd and third when the left fielder dropped a fly ball. Both runners scored as the batter went to 2nd - but the runner on 3rd was still there! He scored, but was still shown on 3rd base. When another batter singled, the same guy scored again! He ended the game with 4 runs scored - 2 in that weird inning.

I have played hundreds of games and this is the first time I have seen this happen.
