1.03 stuff

Post by drez »

Hello, was simply curious on two or three points:

How is the progress on the 1.03 patch?
When you play a dynamic campaign, and you take losses, you get some replacements but not always enough to bring you back up to full strength. Does the enemy always have full strength units at beginning of a mission? I thought I was noticing this but I am not entirely sure... I used to play this series as a young kid when it first came out and am really enjoying the matrix edition, thank you so much.[:)]
War is messy, which is why it is best done digitally.

This post should answer your question on the status of the 1.03 UPDATE.

Depending on the army you play, that should definitely be the case.

That is the disadvantage of playing DCG's. All opposing forces will always be at full strength. With LCG's, at least the opposing forces are variable.

A future update may address this.

On the other hand, "HAL" is far from the brightest crayon in the box and fighting against a full strength opponent offers challenges in itself, teaching you to eliminate superior forces.

Certainly, it is a common complaint. How long before it comes to fruit though has yet to be determined. Maybe 1.05? 1.06?

That was my attempt at humour, inspired by "2001: A Space Odessy".

Have you played a game against another player? I think that is how you proceed out of Bootcamp.
