Conq Bug in June Diplomacy

In April Land Phase GB unloaded it's Guard corp onto Amsterdam. They moved into Amsterdam after a successful siege. In May, France moved Napoleon, the Holland Corp, the Guard, and the 1st, into Amsterdam but failed to break in. They were then besieging the city. At the end of May, during GB Land, the GB Guard and Garrison factors sortied. GB's Troops are destroyed to a man. In June Diplomacy, there is a GB depot in Amsterdam (I think GB placed it there trying to get supply to his troops). The log reads May Amsterdam falls to France. France looses -1 pp France gains +1 pp.

My Holland Fleets are gone and so is my Holland Corp.

I get some errors trying to end that phase.
But ehm, why didnt France just drop 1 factor in the Town to garn, Maybe you fix it that way ?
Also would reduce where they need to look.
