Hi there -

I've been on this forum for some time now and have finally found an avatar that I like. I tried to upload it but got a message saying it exceeded the size limits. How to I go about getting it up?

It will be too big! Big is not judged in terms of the perceived look of a picture, but the number of pixels wide by high it is - this is to 'cap' graphics and download speeds. When you try to upload the avatar it will say what size the maximum can be. There are many ways of sorting this. The easiest is to use a picture resizer - many image programs have these as part of them. Alternatively you can use web based ones - try this:
