Physical Shipment

Sorry to post this in here but I've emailed the Support guys twice about this and havn't received a reply. I am still waiting for the Physical shipment of this game sinse December 17th. Why have I had to wait for so long, who should I be bothering with this rather than you good people?

You could try emailing Erik Rutins here - he often solves problems like this: erikr@matrixgames.com
