So I bought the "Campaign Series" a few days ago and I have tried to download it five times so far, but to no avail. Either the download locks (at around 60-75%) and refuses to go further or it gets to 60-75% and says it is complete. When I try to unzip the file, it tells me that my file is "either incomplete or corrupted" (or words to that effect). I've downloaded other games from Matrix without having this problem (Forge of Fire, Guns of August and both Battleground Series games), so I know it is not my configuration. Any help would be appreciated since this is getting really frustrating.

BTW, I've tried reinstalling the game at the point that it locked up, but it tells me that I need to remove a cookie, but when I do a search for this cookie, I can't find it.

It sounds like you should first clear your internet cached and temp files, reboot, then try a new download via www.findmyorder.com using a download manager to help, such as www.stardownloader.com. We haven't had any significant number of reports of download issues with this title.

I too am having problems with this title. I have it on my desktop but nothing happens when I double click?

I have tried to download three times now. Should I save it elsewhere than My desktop?
My cache & internet files are clean. cookie settings are on medium... any advice?
