Knowing u, i assume its fixed, but since im on a rolls with all the questions.

There is a bug in the original BTR and this only happens in MTO where escorts up on reaching a bombing target instead of continueing to escort the bombers back. Flies of North into German/Austria france usually leaving ur bombers sadly unprotected. Very annoying.

That fixed in btr2?

that is the so called Dover Bug

in the code, there was a mistake, once the target was reached, the code controlling the fighters, was setting there target to 0,0

(if I remember correctly, it was for units on Close escourt, or on sweeps, High Escourt seemed to work correctly)

as of right now, Yes, it has been corrected, we do get a odd, LW thing, were a unit will fly into England, but is rare and random, we are looking to see if we can find out why this happens

work arounds for the old game, keep Fighter units in the Med on High Escourt, use only short ranged fighters for sweeps, or plot a round about path if using fighters with more range (trying to burn there fuel out before the sweep hits the target (38s got lots of fuel)
