not only pretty, but amazed at the numbers of planes and the flight profiles.. now if we could get this quality in WW1 I would be taking my triplane against some camels ;lol

In WW1 you couldn't really have a campaign because air power wasn't developed enough at the time.

oh, I not so sure of that

you wouldn't have the numbers of units as in the 2nd WW, but, the air power was enough and importent enough to build campaigns around

the changes in aircraft, the Allies always seeming to behind, but always having more numbers

there are bombing raids, there are recon missions, there are Sweeps/Free Hunts, there are ground attack missions

plus even better, there is the art, nothing better then flying a pretty plane, outside of shooting one down :)

He might have been thinking about a " campaign " as in the Red baron and some other sims. Where you would fly for the war or until your demise. With proper movement of the front lines and your group moving to be a part of Verdun etc.

yea, but that is the whole idea, the Airpower is needed when and where the battles are, the Allies need intel, the Germans need to protect there airspace, the other missions are just as importent

and if Red Baron I and II could do it, why couldn't some one else ?
