game locking up

I have played five seasons with no problems.
After the fifth season I downloaded the PS_CONFIG utility in order to increase my roster size.
All was well until the end of the April schedule - the screen would not allow me to advance to the next day - nor would the game shut down. My only choice was to manually power down my CPU.

This problem has been happening more and more often - until now it does it after every schedule day.

One time it did it immediately after a game I played and instead of going to the end game screen a message popped up after the final out.
I think it was either unexpected error 91 or 19.

Please help me Obi-Wan, you're my only hope.

I thought I had a way around the problem - maybe if I just sim one game at a time I can get through the day with no problem.

After the last game of the day this message popped up:

runtime error: 3141

The select statement includes a reserved word or an argument name that is misspelled or missing, or the punctuation is incorrect.

... I have NO idea what any of this means. A little help?
