Supply Depot Question

I have noticed that EIANW only allows the single use to supply a Corp off the Supply Depot when the first enemy CORPS arrives on it.

Is there a reason that EIANW does not allow you to convert the SD to one of your own?

Is this something that may be added in the future?

We just didn't get it added. I suppose we could add this in the future (After the editor, After better AI, After IP LOL). Looks like around 2010?

I would put this ahead of a better AI and IP...but that is just me.

Cant wait till 2010
Think you can load ongoing-pbm games in IP then hehe?
My guess would be some of the games already started, might not be finished then.
