Only half a game

I ordered (and paid for) a physical copy of Close Combat Modern Tactics back in Nov 07, the box eventually arrived in early Jan but with only the first of 2 cds. I have sent about 10 emails between then and now asking for either the second cd to be sent or my money back and have received replies to a few of these assuring me the problem was being looked into. I have now been told, 4 months after ordering (and another email) that the product I ordered is on backorder with no estimated arrival date.

Assistance on this matter would be appreciated.

Hi, seems like you wrote to the store support of Digital River? They only handle store infrastructure support. Actually they shoould have directed your request to use, but they constantly seems to forget that.
