Skin Color

I have created a league using teams from the MEAC. The players have brown legs but there faces and arms are white. How do I fix that? I am trying to make it realistic and most of the players on these HBCU teams are African American, is there a way to make a majority of the players African American?

At this time, a team has only one set of leg graphics.
 
If one has a majority of African American players, then the graphics should be darker if exposed legs are used.

well you can do what i planned on doing when i made those uniforms , edit each teams player with skin and head color . Don`t know any other way
