Problems with window sliders

I've noticed a couple of problems with game windows that have contents that are too big for the windows.

1) In regular game, there is no slider on the briefing screen. When a scenario briefing gets to big, you have to scrool down by clicking on the slider button. But there's now arrow at bottong of the slider bar to allow just scrolling down a line or two at a time. When I'scroll using the button, I invariable loose my place in the briefing. Can you add arrows to the window scroll bar? (I notice some windows have the arrors, some don't).

2) I'm looking at Diplomacy Napolean in the Events main screen. The Events category window has quite a few event categories. It has a slider along with slider arrors. However neither slider now arrows work. The only way to scroll is to make selection in near the top or bottom in the window itself.
