Joystick

Post by Rekm41 »

Hi there,

Just got this game and I want to play on my main system 3GHZ 256MB vid card as opposed to my 1.8GHZ 128MB vid card but the joystick I have does not work on the better one. So I am asking what is a good joystick for $50 or so. There are a couple at Future shop here one is a Logitech Attack 3 and the other is a Saitek Aviator dual throttle one. Any feedback or suggestions?

Thanks

I got a Logitech extreme 3d pro

it is a decent stick (LOL, price has really gone down !!!)

the Saiteks are suppost to be good sticks, but I have never had one

site I go to, the attack 3 was about 14 bucks, the 3d about 19 (see it for 40 at Amazon !!!)

that Saitek looks a little odd to me, unless you have had your hand on it already and it feels good to you, I would think about it, feel is worth it, over fancy features you may not use

(the 3d may look a little odd also, but it got a good stick, and a wide base (I fly with a clipboard on my side that it sits on)

Thanks for your input again. Will check out that they have. The joystick you have looks like a good one. Not sure if my local store has one but TigerDirect.ca has one in stock for $30.00.

try this place, I really like them, almost everything I have ordered, if done before noon, I have gotten the next day

overall price is better, but tax and shipping is going to be about 9 bucks (to where I live at least) so...

but a little cheaper, if you can wait a day or two
