Mods - Which ones still work?

I remember, and I still think I have them, that I really enjoyed the replacement planes and ship art from Spooky's site.

Do any of them still work? Has anyone worked on any new mods that are 2.5 compliant?

Yes they all work. Artwork would have no effect on gameplay.
