I'm French and living in Vietnam. I'm quite desesperate that battle HQ is always empty ! Is there any place to find C&C modern tactics players ???????

I've just downloaded Battle HQ to play Modern Tactics online but find the entire lobby empty all day! Have I forgotten to download something or have all the CCMT online players moved to another system?
