Action Cards

Whats the difference between the action card functions and historical action card functions? are they the same thing but just legacy code laying around?

Ha. That feature turned out not to get used in any scenario, but you can use it if you want.
 
Using the ExecAddHisCard and ExecRemoveHisCard you can add action cards to this extra screen in command center.
 
The plan was to use it to allow players to see which cards already have been played or are still in effect. Sort of like a custom information screen.

Actually i like that idea i'm going to use them as historic cards. I think it is very nice to know the card you played. In all my games so far as germany i always seem to forget what cards i've played to date.
