Hi Krasny,

Sorry to hear about this - if you e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your order numbr I can get someone at store support to look and see what the problem is and hopefully walk you through it so that it can be completed. When I've seen this issue in the past, 90% of the time it's because of some small variation in the listed billing/shipping info vs. what the credit card company has on file.

Your order cannot be completed because either inaccurate or incomplete information was entered.

If you believe that we have mistakenly denied your order, please use your browser's "Back" button, re-enter your billing information, and try to submit your order again.

It is very important that the billing address you enter matches the billing address of your payment method. If you continue to have problems please wait 24 hours and try again.

There is nothing wrong with the information I have entered, and since I selected Paypal, it is odd.

Anybody else having problems?

Yours is the only outstanding purchase issue I'm aware of. Did you hear back from store support yet? Was that their reply to you? I know from past experience that sometimes it can be as simple as missing a middle initial or having a different phone number than what the billng company expects. If they are giving you that reply, it mean that when they check the info you have entered with PayPal, for some reason they are getting an "info doesn't match" response.

In any case, if you can't figure out what might be off, I can kick his up higher and ask someone to call you to see if they can go through and figure out what exact field is causing the problem.
