Skirmish Battles in Set Battles list?

The highly anticipated second release in the Panzer Command series, featuring an updated engine and many major feature improvements. 3D Tactical turn-based WWII combat on the Eastern Front, with historical scenarios and campaigns as well as support for random generated battles and campaigns from 1941-1944.

Skirmish Battles in Set Battles list?

In the manual there is a reference to several Skirmish scenarios (p 13) and p. 18 reference "Variety Skirmish Early 1943" that have more variety in force selection.

I dont have any scenarios in the set battles list with Skirmish in the name. Are these only available for those that also have PCOWS?

Correct, those are scenarios that come with Winterstorm and would be included in Kharkov if it's installed on a system that also has Winterstorm on it.
