To anyone who had the Regional Settings Issue...

Post by Erik Rutins »

I'd be interested in chatting with you by e-mail if you have time. We've tried to duplicate this here and can't, no matter what we change our regional settings to the game loads and plays fine. Although we know this worked as a solution for those of you that ran into the loading interface issue, we think there must be another setting at work that we're missing and we hope to ask you a few questions to narrow down the possibilities so that we can fix this and avoid the work-around entirely for the first update.

Regards,

Not sure if you can use the info, but I'm running XP with all regional setting as danish and have no problems with launching the game.

Hi there !
I've a French xp, game freezes with French reg settings, and works fine with US settings, pm/email me.

Edit : I suspect you can't reproduce the problem with an US XP version, but it should only come with non-US ones !

I also have the infamous script errors "minefield" with all IE app, maybe everything is related ? [&:]
