Re-bought it when it was re-released by Matrix, but realised I was just reminiscing!

I still play eastfront II, great games.
It doesn't make any sense, Admiral. Were we better than the Japanese or just luckier?

I think East Front (Matrix upgrade) holds up wonderfully in spite of age.  There really isn't much out there that fills that niche.

Aye Sir, but how to play it on MS Windows XP pro SP3 ?! Seems not recognise the drive it was installed from, uninstall16 does not function, so I am at the same time unable to desinstall it (it seems to recall the drive from which it was installed the first time, not the current one) and to reinstall it. Please help because it seems there is no more support – Empire & TalonSoft are in the Hall of Fame, but no more in the *real* world – … and it is my preferred game, aaargh !!

For your information, the is a patch called BGB_134.EXE

Talonsoft's West Front is my most played game. I put more hours into that then any other.

Bought CS when I scrapped my original Talonsoft CD's. Haven't looked back since. ( one beef though, more terrain destruction, and forest fires...any patches out there?)
