Is it possible for tank tracks to be thrown while moving through rough terrain? If so can they be repaired? Is any damage taken by a vehical during the battle repairable during the corse of the battle?

No. The only temporary damage is a Stun. This could be anything from a incapacitated crewman to shock damage of equipment.
