Promotion & Medals & Leadership

Will pilots get medals or will they be promoted(maybe even out of the game like a Geschwaderkommodore gets a new rank & a nice place behind a desk in the RLM)?

Do the higher HQ like Luftflotten HQ or Group HQ have an impact(Reaction time, replacements etc.) on the units under ther control?

It would be a nice touch if pilots could receive medals etc (tracking the successes of pilots in the game is something I like to do) but as the programmers are basically working with the old engine I don't think it would be possible without a major reworking/addition to the code and it probably wouldn't be a priority anyway.

As for HQs having an impact I don't believe they have any effect on the game but they should realistically have some effect on their sub-ordinate units.

you can be promoted, and the ranks get up there pretty high

no medals, but I would like that, but that would be a down the road idea

HQ are much more importent then you may think, but to be honest, I don't really have a good idea on what they do or how they do it, Harley knows more and he not going to tell stuff like that
