what allied effort??

Its october 44 and the allied computer sits and moves units back and forth but wont attack. I abandoned Rabaul, Kwajalin has only the base force and no suppy, but still it wont attack. Who programed this.

It doesn't make any sense, Admiral. Were we better than the Japanese or just luckier?
