Kharkov: Disaster on the Donets

Post by Erik Rutins »

It's a fortunate coincidence that the team at SSG chose to focus their upcoming game on the 2nd Battle of Kharkov as well. If you're familiar with their past work, they make truly outstanding operational wargames and their research is top notch.

If you enjoyed the historical Kharkov tactical campaigns in Panzer Command and you'd like to see how they fit into the larger operations, have a look at Kharkov: Disaster on the Donets.

Leafing through my wallet... yes, going to add this game to my buy list along with the just announced War Between the States. I guess that next you'll announce that World in Flames will soon be available. [;)]

I"ll have to take a look at this one -

SSG's original Battlefront game was the second computer(for a C64) wargame I ever owned. It had a game editor and evrything - built my first custom scenario (Monte Casino) and I naively thought I"d nver need to buy another one -

Ive been a fairly regular buyer of SSG games since (land combat ones at least).

I'll have to take a look.
