Boxed edition order delay?

Boxed edition order delay?

I ordered the boxed version of this well over a month ago and it still has not arrived. I tried to check my order status on the support tab, but I was unable to. Is there any other way I can find out what is happening to my order? I have accidentally deleted my original order confirmation in a monthly clear out, so it is probably more like two months since I ordered...

There should be no delay - if you placed your order a month ago and have not received it, I'd say something must be wrong. Do you know your order number? If not, please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your personal info and I'll try to look your order up and find out what's going on.
