Crash - CmdEaWrez.exe

I am having trouble getting Commander Europe at War to run.

I'll click on Play and select the UK flag. After a bit I get an error message box that says, "CmdEaWrez.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close..."

I'll close this box and get another that says, "There is an error with your serial number as entered..."

But when I installed the program I copy and pasted the serial number directly from the email, so I think that's okay.

I've attached a dxdiag file, in case that's needed.

What should I do? Thanks for your help...

Do you have Vista and if so, do you "Run as Administrator" on the exe?

Nope - I'm using XP Pro...
